If you want to make a purchase by bank transfer on behalf of a legal entity, please carefully read the terms and conditions and the order processing procedure.

- No prices are listed on the site. If you are interested, we will provide you with a wholesale price. We do not provide wholesale prices or additional discounts, regardless of the purchased quantity of goods or the order amount.

Work order:
At Crazy Kitchen, we prioritize our corporate clients by offering fast and effective solutions for any product-related issues.
- Send a request by email office@crazykitchen.bg
- The request must be in a table format, contain the article, name and quantity of the product. Screenshots and links are accepted for processing.
- You must attach your organization’s details to the letter.
- In the text of the letter, indicate the exact delivery address and contact information (name and mobile phone number) of the recipient, and also indicate the possibility of working via EDI.
- After receiving your request, we will issue you an invoice and reserve the items. The maximum reservation period is 5 working days. If some items are not available, we will contact you and adjust the order composition.
- After paying the invoice, please send a payment order. Without a payment order, the order will not be transferred for delivery to the transport company.
- After transferring the order to the transport company, we will send you a tracking number to track the order.
- After receiving the order, we exchange primary documents with you via EDI. If you do not have EDI, we will send signed primary documents with the goods, then pick up our finished copy by courier.
